KC Star features KACAP in piece on Mandated Drug Testing

For example, 83 out of 1,890 people screened for drugs in Oklahoma tested positive from November 2012 through May 2013, the most recent data available from the state. The state spent about $83,000 on testing.

In the article, KACAP Executive Director Tawny Stottlemire posits, " The question becomes, who gets to determine what reasonable suspicion is and will that be applied in a fair manner?”
